Can't able to place order with USD

This support system is for all types of the plugins as for premium versions, so for free ones! If you have premium version do not forget in the private data of the request (!!not in the text of the support request!!) after its publishing insert purchase code please (see blue-green button on the right side) and press Save button.
If you not got email within 24~36 business hours, firstly check your spam box, and if no any email from the support there - back to the forum and read answer here. DO NOT ANSWER ON EMAILS [] FROM THE FORUM!! Emails are just for your info, all answers should be published only here.
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday.


I'm using your free plugin in, I enabled "Is multiple allowed - Yes". So currency not changing during checkout. CAD currency is default/welcome currency. Place a order is working during checkout with CAD but when I do with USD it is not working correctly. I'm only having"Square Payment Gateway". I got this error :"An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment." See screenshot

Please its urgent to solve this issue. Store is launched from shopify to WooCommerce platform, customers are not waiting.

I'm using sandbox for testing the Currency switcher and payment gateway for the client. If you wish to use actual payment then I disable testing and enable live payment.

If your payment system does not support USD we cannot do anything.

This plugin does not affect banking transactions. If the user has chosen USD, this data will be sent to the bank.
