Hi,
After spending two days testing our 71 plugins installed on our website, we found out that your plugin is responsible for preventing Varnish from running on the website. Even with the Caching option enabled on your plugin settings, it didn't help.
We will have to find an alternative currency converter, we ask you kindly to refund us through Envanto.

I doubt it. Describe in more detail how the plugin can prevent caching from starting.
Let me check it out and if the problem is really my plugin and it can't be fixed quickly I will give you the refund

Really sorry, I rarely when I ask for refund. We tried hardly with the support from Cloudways to make it work but it was impossible, each time we enable the plugin Varnish stops and we got in header x-varnish: miss age: 0.
We now installed the default Woocommerce currency switching widget and it works without issue. Not as good as your plugin for sure, but it's enough for our business.
