Hello,

We are using Yith Request a Quote plugin. We also use WCFM Marketplace. Our vendors are able to receive quote request from clients.

Actually everything working well when the request is in the base currency (USD in our case). But when its secondary currency as EUR there are problems.

Example of the issue :

The base price of the product is 1€ or 2$, the demand is 1000 products in quantity, so 1000 euros or 2000$. The client want the price with the shipping included in the product price, sot the Vendor can edit the order/quotation request, and change the price for 1000 products at 1500 euros, 1,5€ per product is calculated automatically. Then the quotation is sent, the client receive the good price by email and can go to checkout. But at this step, the conversion the 1,5euros is back to 1euros.

If we do the same manipulation with the $, the base currency, we do not have any issues, 2$/ product, finally the vendor quote it at 2,5$ / product  x 1000 qty : 2500$, no issue in the cart.

Only when we are on secondaries currencies we have this issue. Could you help to fix it ?

i refreshed now your access account and password (check in private please)

Ok! I found the reason.  Please turn off fixed prices and do a test

Unfortunately fixed prices will not work with custom or any other dynamic prices.

actually it work for the base currency, its impossible to make it work with the secondary currency ? Because only at the checkout we have the issue not before the checkout

Ok!

actually it work for the base currency,  - Please turn off fixed prices and do a test.  Your  settings - https://c2n.me/4lI3YrW.png

its impossible to make it work with the secondary price ?  - I think it's possible, just turn off fixed prices and do a test in euros

Because only at the checkout we have the issue not before the checkout  - Yes, before the cart, a third-party plugin overrides the price display function.  But in the cart the price is taken in a different way and our plugin shows the price that you set up.  That's why it's called a fixed price, a price that doesn't change.

Yes, i already tried without fixed price in EUR, and we have no issue, the only issue is when a fix priced is setup for the EUR, then after the quotation, it doesnt override the initial fix price setup, its coming back to initial fix prices, and for USD which is the base currency, we do not have that issue

Hello

Yes, as I wrote earlier, unfortunately this will not work with fixed prices.
