Yith Request a quote + Fox Currency : issue of amount in the checkout page

I'm using Yith Request a Quote for my vendors in WCFM. When the vendors make a quote to a client, and when its a currency (in that case EUR) that is not base one (USD), the amount showing in EUR is a conversion from the USD...
Do you know how to solve this issue ?

I precise the issue :
The amount show in checkout is with the EUR currency for example 1190 EUR, it is not the one of the Quote (initial amount in EUR in the quote : example 1200 EUR). Its actually showing in the checkout a conversion from the USD => 1190EUR, and if i switch the currency in the checkout page to USD, I have the good amount 1200 but with the USD, instead to have the 1200 EUR.
To resume :
Initial quote amount : 1200 EUR
Amount see in Checkout in EUR : 1190 EUR
Amount see in Checkout in USD : 1200 USD

Thank you for your reply. I have test again on my side, and even there is no tax the price is changing. When we do the quote in EUR (secondary currency), at the checkout page the amount is = to USD and not EUR. In EUR the amount is different.
On the below link you will see 3 screenshots.
We did a quotation for 36 450 EUR. On the quote list of the customer, its appearing at 36 450 EUR, so no issue at this step. But on the checkout page, you will see the price will be 36 456 EUR, and if we switch to USD, we have 36 450 USD.

Yes I see it and I did the test. But the problem is that the rate is 1 for all currencies and multiplying or dividing by 1 cannot affect the amount. My plugin cannot take any other exchange rates
Perhaps you customized the plugin code?
can I disable plugins/theme to test?

We have set a quotation at 32460 EUR, and in the checkout we have 32472 EUR
