I run a website that works using a quote request system. no prices are displayed on the website, only a button to ask for prices. The shop base currency is GBP while there are 4 other currencies – USD, CAD, EUR, AED.

When a customer makes a request in the base currency – GBP, an email is sent with the total price in GBP. Once the customer clicks the accept link, he is redirected to the website cart to pick shipping options.

The issue comes up when a customer makes a request in any of the other currencies, an email is received as usual but upon clicking the accept link, the cart page then shows a new price list and total which is higher than the price calculated in the email. After careful study, I found that WOOCS runs the conversion a second time from the value displayed in the email, leaving our customers feeling bemused and cheated.

I already looked through your FAQs, the fix I found did not work and even broke the YITH request plugin.
I need a fix for this, please.

not sure about sharing my wp-admin access.

why not download the free version of YITH Request a Quote from HERE, then you can test it with WOOCS on your end. I don't have any other major plugins aside woocommerce.
