Quote from Dario on February 25, 2021, 19:50Hi, we have a persisting problem with currency calculations in analytics. The sum of all revenues is incorrect, as is shown in WooCommerce Analytics and in Google Analytics. We saw similar topics here being solved, but couldn't find one with available walkthrough.
We have a setup with following currencies:
- Croatian kuna (base)
- Euro
- Serbian dinar
- Bosnian BAM (konvertibilna marka)
I should also point that on many products we use Individual fixed prices rules --> but we believe this problem was here even before this option was turned on. Can't guarantee 100%, though.
What we expect: To get one precise number for revenue and other financial metrics in WooCommerce backend and also in Google Analytics.
What we see: The sum is quite different than the correct one. For example, on 70,000 EUR, the system shows around 5,000 EUR more than it should. For example, we have a product which costs around 1700 HRK (base currency) or around 21,600 DIN in Serbia. For Serbian sales, if we sell 3 products there, analytics shows 65,000 HRK (base currency).
As I mentioned in the beginning, we saw that others posed this question, but we couldn't see anything replicable. Could you please help with this?

Quote from Dario on March 3, 2021, 12:40Hi, try to see the problem like this, here's a simple example:
search for analytics on products containing the term "hladilnik" and set time range for last month (February). Only a product sold in Euros contains this term.
You will see that there was 7 sales priced "44,79 kn" (base currency), so it's net sales total of 313,53 kn. This is not true. These should actually be Euros. The "hladilnik" product was sold 7 times for 44,79 EUR, which is total of 313,53 EUR or in base currency it's 2382 kn. This is an 87% difference.
And this is just one product in one currency. The total difference in February is explained in my first post here. Please take a look and let me know if further explanation is needed.

Ok! I understood.
Multicurrency supported only for orders. Analytics for individual products (categories) does not work
We'll be working on it, but the woocommerce developers don't use hooks for this functionality. And in this case, we do not have the ability to influence the display of analytics by product
