Wrong pricing issue for shipping fee and paypal

There is an issue about shipping fee. Our woocommerce is based on HKD as default currency. And there is an issue that when customer checkout with USD with currency switcher to USD. Shipping fee originally is 100 HKD became 100 USD and thats huge difference. Please fix this issue.
Also we are using paypal, buy now pay in 4 function. When customer checkout, a similar issue occurs that the product is cost 100 HKD became 100 USD. That is really scary to customer. Please help and let us know how are you guys going to fix these. I got some capture and information from our paypal sales but it is relatively confidential and this forum is public therefore perhaps we should communicate in somewhere else?

okay we've uploaded some image for your reference, you can see that the wrong currency amount were submitted forward to Paypal, and the shipping fee does not convert to the selected currency, we are using a third party plugin named easyship. https://www.easyship.com/

We are using the plugin"points and reward for woocommerce", as they created coupon based on our store currency"HKD" originally. After they switched store currency to USD, the sign changed from HKD to USD but the value does not change. Which causes huge confusion. Please try to fix thanks.

There is an issue again. For instance, when a customer chooses"Apply Installment Plan" for a USD57.42 product (see Image 1), the price of the item changes to USD 459, not USD57.42 (See Image 2), in Partial.ly's site for making the installment. The currency switcher has gone wrong again. Could you please fix it.
