Hello, i'm using the free version of the plugin and have USD and TTD (trinidad and tobago dollars) set on my website. However, customers who switch to TTD are being told by their banks that the currency being pulled is USD and not TTD. I can see on my site that TTD is shown in the transaction records and even currency conversion fees are applied. Yet still when i test it out, USD is being pulled from the cards. Is this an issue with the banks/cards?

Hello

Please  drop  me exact  link to the  issue

Our plugin controls the currency until the checkout page and cannot manage bank transactions

Perhaps the payment system plugin sends only"USD"

Hey thanks for the reply. When you say you want the exact link to the issue, what do you mean? If possible, can you guide me to what exactly you would need?

Hello

Please  drop  me  a link  to  any  product of  your  site. I want to do tests

Hey, I have attached something using the"private data" section (not sure if it was done correctly). After reading the bank's response can you please tell me if it makes sense trying to solve this issue? Please advise me.

Hello

Unfortunately, I can't draw that conclusion.

If the current currency is TTD, but the bank interprets it as USD, there might be an issue with the payment plugin.
