Hi

All installed etc, looking at it in use on the website (using as a widget) and works fine.

Then I log off - the widget disappears.

When I view it with a different browser, I see nothing; the same when I asked a friend in another country to have a look - he couldn't see it either.

Then, by accident, I chose to display the product in my shop 32 items per page, and it appears

Hello

Unfortunately my plugin does not affect the display of widgets.

According to your description, it looks like the problem is in caching

Please  clear  all cache

Thanks for your response, but given my friend in Las Vegas has never visited the site, it cannot be caching. Also, I tried with outer browsers (Edge and FF), and cannot view at all.

Hello

 it cannot be caching - Cache does not depend on location, browser and user(except browser cache)
