I cannot get filters to load for some reason, could you possibly please take a look please?

No problem at all, happy to help.
To find the reason I need a bit more information:
- A link to the page where the table is placed.
- The shortcode you use on that page, exactly as it is.
- A screenshot of the table settings in WOOT admin, including the Filter settings of that table (which fields are selected for the filter).
A few things to check meanwhile:
The filter form appears only when at least one field is selected for the filter in the table settings. If you use the shortcode without the table id, for example just [woot], the table settings are not used and the filter will not show.
Please also check the table options “Disable filter form” and “Hide filter form”. With the second one enabled the filter is collapsed and only a small filter icon button is visible above the table.
The filter form is built by JavaScript. If you use a caching or optimization plugin (WP Rocket, Autoptimize, LiteSpeed Cache and similar) with options like delay, defer or combine JavaScript, please exclude the WOOT scripts or test with that option disabled. Also check the browser console (F12, Console tab) on that page for red errors.
