Hi, I am having an issue with the plugin that I want to but the pro version off.

  • The default wordpress sort is not sorting the products correctly. Price high to low for example is giving me all prices mixed up.
  • The price filter gives me a"No products were found matching your selection."

Thanks

Hello

1 My plugin does not affect product sorting

2 Please  try  to  do a test  with  native  wocommerce  price  filter

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

1 Okay. I will investigate further.

2 Interestingly it doesn't work. I press the filter button button and nothing happens. Is it more likely to be a theme or plugin conflict?

Hello

Please  drop  me  exact  link  to the  issue

Try going to the editing pages multiple products and just click"Update". Then do a test with the price filter

Here you go: https://www.pjfallon.ie/product-category/power-tools/drilling/combi-drill/.

Thanks

Hello

Looks like you have updated this product - https://c2n.me/4g36P9q.png

The reason is that Woocommerce uses a new database table for prices and it seems that it is not updated correctly.

Have you followed the database update recommendations (woocommerce suggests this after the update)?

In any case, after updating all products, this will work correctly.

Hi,

Yes I update the database each time. I also updated just now from the tools section and made no difference. I have also updated all the products in this section and still only that one product shows up when filtering the price.

Thank you for your help on this.

then you should contact woocommerce support.

They should suggest how to quickly update the new data table.

Because in fact the problem is on their side and the standard sorting and filtering by price does not work
