We need Dynamic Recount and Hide Empty Terms as Yes
As in different categories we have different attributes so please let us know the alternative solution to get the faster response instead of making them off

We need Dynamic Recount and Hide Empty Terms as Yes  -  Ok! And what's your problem with that, you can't turn it on?

Hello Pablo

  1. The first issue is the filter getting too much time to show filtered results, even after we have optimised the complete site.
  2. I have made configuration as follow

Please note that the speed of the site depends on the resources of the server

Which attributes it use for showing filtered results Global or Custom. - Only with global attributes. There are no filters(plugins) that work with custom attributes

as we will not be moving forward with this solution - Unfortunately this is not a reason for the  refund. Especially since you've been using the plugin for 2 1/2 months

Hello

We were trying to get it to work for 2 1/2 months

 

Unfortunately its too slow and does not do everything we need - we have had to go with Ajax Product Filter

 

Don't have to refund but I would expect a refund -Not great customer service if you don't provide it.
