Select box range examples
Age :
1) 3 to 5 years
2) 6 to 9 years
3) 9 years and upand product attribute is like '1 Year', '2 Year' etc... but if anyone select option '1 (3 to 5 years)' then search result is display all relative products of this type of product attribute ( 1 Year, 2 Year, 3 Year). It is something like price range drop down. how

Unfortunately the plugin does not have such a feature.
The problem is that the taxonomy is a string And with the string it is impossible to do mathematical operations

Unfortunately not. My plugin does not have such functionality and it is described in the documentation and description. The plugin also has a free version - but you have not used it. before purchase you did not contact support for advice.
your plugin is not working what we wont to use - This is not a reason to the refund.
Read rules please: http://themeforest.net/page/author_refund_policy

Ok! We need product attributes in range dropdown functionality - give me a link to the plugin documentation where this functionality is indicated
We already explained there product range attributes functionality displaying in your demo but it's not exist in actual. - There is but only in the form of a slider not like dropdown.
If you do not agree, please open a dispute on envato. I think it will be fair

You mentioned this in previous comments
The problem is that the taxonomy is a string And with the string it is impossible to do mathematical operations
=> If we use numeric values in taxonomy then product attributes in range drop down functionality is possible or not?
Ex: -
Age :
1) 3 to 5
2) 6 to 9
3) 9 and above
Please guide us what is best way to do this.
Thanks
Gaurang

The problem is that the taxonomy is a string And with the string it is impossible to do mathematical operations - Yes! correct! The fact is that in the slider is all the terms. And the filter does a search for all terms that come within the range (regardless of the order and value of the term) - https://c2n.me/44IUCR1.png
In your case you need a search: 3>term<5 - this is a math operation
Therefore, this plugin does not have such functionality( in range dropdown ) and we have not announced this feature anywhere
