Hi Support,

I have a premium version of WOOCS - WooCommerce Currency Switcher and activated on https://www.kcsshop.in/ with multiple currencies but there is an issue with GeoIP and welcome currency. Currency is not changing according to the country and I've set the INR as the default currency but It always shows USD.

This needs to be fixed ASAP as there is traffic going to the website from India and everyone sees USD. I'm not getting any orders and this could be the reason.

Yes, I had already done those steps but not worked for me. Currently, I've disabled the plugin on the live site and will set up the staging site with the plugin, we'll try the steps on the same.

The plugin must work with any cache. I've tried without cache but the GeoIP functionality was not working fine. I need the solution ASAP.

The problem is that woocommerce (not my plugin) does not detect the user's location.

The plugin doesn't have user location feature, plugin takes data from woocommerce and compares it with GeoIP rules

In this case, you better contact woocommerce support and ask why their plugin does not determine the user's location
