I purchased the above plugin and I do not have 'payment' tab in the currency tab.

Also after installing and configuring  it my default currency which is shown in the website changed into US$, actually it should be Rs. , it was Rs. earlier.

Pls help

Hello

My  test - https://c2n.me/4juaav8

The plugin stores the latest currency for each user. If you switched the currency, all prices will be displayed for your user in this currency

Hi,

I checked everything, may be you cannot understand my question. Pls note following:

  1. I am from Sri Lanka, so I want in Sri Lanka the price to be shown in Sri Lankan Rs. Not in us$, at the moment it is showing in US$
  2. Product price is Rs.500/-,  now it is showing as US$500/-
  3. How does the conversion work. Other than in Sri Lanka product price should be converted and shown

I have given you login details pls check and let me know, this is the second time I bought it, for my earlier client it worked perfectly, pls help me as this is the live site.

Thank you

Hello

It looks like you haven't configured the plugin, this is very important: Watch these videos - https://currency-switcher.com/video#NBEdOjuKDtk  and https://currency-switcher.com/video#RbECsczDnQs

1)  - The currency you have chosen will be displayed for you. And it doesn't depend on your location.  The plugin switches the currency depending on the location only on the first visit of the user.  read  this - https://currency-switcher.com/using-geolocation-causes-problems-doesnt-seem-to-work-for-me

2/3) - You have not updated the rate (this is equal to 1 for all currencies)  so the plugin shows prices according to your settings
