WOOCS - not saving chosen currency

I've tried turning off Redis on server and using PHP Sessions & Transients but didn't help. I've had WP Rocket activated but deactivate it as I found a lot of topic in this forum with listed issues on using it with WOOCS.

Base currency is HRK (Croatian kuna), I do not use Geo IP.

I've tried that option, doesn't make difference.
Pls test again with Chrome browser. Change the default currency to e.g. EUR. click on menu"Shop By Product". Is it still EUR currency? Try to add one product to cart. Which currency is it? Click again on menu"Shop By Product". Products on discount have 2 times strikeout price and the third price is in different currency than the strikeout price.

I have tried all combinations of Currency storage type; with caching plugin and without it, with Redis running and without it.
But the results is the same, when logged out, as standard visitor, plugin doesn't returns chosen currency.

Do you have caching settings on the server side?
Yes, there are Varnish, Redis and Memcached.
It seems Varnish could be making problems but I have possibility to exclude some links from it.
Can you tell me which links to exclude? I was thinking to exclude all links that end with e.g. /?currency=USD but this is shown only on first refresh when new currency is choosen.
