WOOCS Geolocation don't work..

I buyed today the WOOCS pluging, unfortunatly it don't work properly. I setup the Maxmind Key and set the default WooCommerce address to"Geolocation" as explained. I don't have any cache plugins (as far as I know). Let I explain you quickly my setup. I have two currencies, EUR, and CHF. I want the EUR to appear for european users (I created a profile), and CHF for swiss users, all this automatically with the GeoIp fonction. Unfortunatly it don't work. It always show the price in EUR even if I'm in Switzerland. When I turn on the"Side Switcher", the price can change correctly, so the pluging work for that. I think it's the geolocation which don't work. For example when I put the shortcode"[woocs_geo_hello]" to test the country it show just that :"Your country is: . (defined by woocommerce GeoIP functionality)".
I'm short in time, and any help would be very appreciate ;)

This means that woocommerce cannot determine the user's location at all. Unfortunately this does not depend on my plugin
This problem may be caused by a third-party plugin or your hosting.
The free version of the plugin worked for me.. It don't work anymore since I got the paid version.
