the plugin switches to the 'welcome' currency(*if there is no GeoIP rule) only on the first user visit. Then the plugin stores the last currency of the user

The only last problem to solve is that I prefer the woocommerce shop currency to be in USD, even though we are located in Canada. So when I go to the shop from Canada IP, I would like the shop currency and the welcome currency to be USD, not my geo location currency. I don't believe I have on any geolocation functions.

I have tried already to deactivate the plugin, switch the shop currency to USD (which it is at now), and when I re-activate the plugin, it goes back to CAD. Also the welcome currency is still at CAD from a Canadian IP address.
