WOOCS Currency logo changes but the currency value does not

As said above when the currency is changed from USD to CAD etc the symbols change on website from US$ to CA$ but the currency value stays the same (Eg US$129.99 stays CA$129.99). Using Transient with Cache option on. Tried the PHP session with the WPRocket method it did not work. The only issue is the values conversion does not happen.

It may be an incompatibility with a third-party plugin that changes prices.

Hello,
I think I am a free user. I have been using this plugin for around 4 years since WOOCS and I have multiple currencies. I am not sure if I purchased it or not. I did the PHP method and changed the Cache option nothing worked.

I am unable to find the licence key unfortunately but I do have 5 currencies. Can you still help me? I am unable to locate the licence key as it has been a while.

I have updated the licence key info. Please check.

I update the plugin too and now it breaks the home page and still the value conversion does not happen. But the currency logo changes. I have given you temp admin access. Please check it. Thank you.

Hello Pablo,

No the issue is still there. The currency logo changes. IE CA$ to U$ but the value conversion does not happen. It stays CA$229.99 U$229.99 which is incorrect and should be U$167.26. There is also no response on the mobile platform. Not even the logo changes.
