Hello,

As always, purchase code is in the private data. I am using the 'WooCommerce Ultimate Gift Card by makewebbetter' to create gift cards on the site. These cards are added as Woocommerce Products. I can give users the option of choosing the card value. However, when I take the card to checkout, the currency is always converted as though the value of the card were set in the default currency. So, for example, if the user sets the currency to USD and applies a value of 100USD to the card from the product screen, and then takes the card to check out, the value will have changed at chechout to a different USD amount, as though it has been converted to USD from a 100GBP instead of being 100USD. Can you assist regarding this, please?

Your help is appreciated.

Hello

Yes, please, read  this - https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs/

Thank you. I think I found the relevant doc here: https://currency-switcher.com/giftware-woocommerce-gift-cards/

It was listed as 'Giftware', which may have been a former name for the product. But in any case, it meant I didn't notice it.

Thanks again

Ok!  In any case, if this does not work correctly, you can create a new adaptation request
