WooCommerce Reports not accurate since update
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. Hi there!
We talked to a few of our developers who looked into this a bit more, and their findings point to the fact that the discrepancies between the amounts you see in WooCommerce reports, and Paypal reports, might be related to the fact that your site is using a multicurrency plugin, and so it's dealing with orders in different currencies.
While the Paypal reports likely report sales for all currencies (all orders in your site), the WooCommerce reports appear to only show the sales of the orders that are made in your store's base currency. If you look at the reports, you can see that it currently lists CAD as the currency:
