Hello,

In order to use payment methods like iDEAL, I need to enable a second currency in WooCommerce. However, WooCommerce does not seem to recognize the FOX - Currency Switcher Professional plugin properly.

When I enable the second currency in WooCommerce, I encounter the following compatibility error:

"It looks like you are using two different currency switching plugins and this may lead to incorrect conversion and payment problems.
Incompatible plugin: Option: Multi-currency of WooPayments plugin by Woo.
We strongly recommend disabling one of these plugins for stable operation of your site."

I would like to continue using FOX - Currency Switcher Professional. How can I resolve this issue without disabling WooPayments' multi-currency feature or facing any conflicts?

I appreciate your support.

Best regards,

Hello

Multiple multicurrency plugins will not work correctly on one site.

You only need to choose one multicurrency plugin

Yes, we are aware that multiple multi-currency plugins cannot work simultaneously. However, the issue we are facing is that when using Fox Currency Switcher, WooCommerce Multi-Currency does not detect it as active.

As a result, WooCommerce forces us to activate the default multi-currency option, even though we prefer using Fox Currency Switcher.

Could you please advise on how we can make WooCommerce recognize Fox Currency Switcher as the active multi-currency plugin to avoid this conflict?

Looking forward to your guidance.

The problem is not in Woocommerce + FOX, the problem is in payment systems, they are designed only to work with multi-currency from woocommerce.

In this case, you need to customize the code of these payment systems. Or use other payment systems
