WooCommerce Check payment gateway not showing in checkout

I just enabled the Check payment gateway to use it as a custom Bitcoin payment gateway and set up everything but it is not showing up in the checkout. I can see the conversion from USD to BTC is working fine in my product page and in the cart page, but the payment gateway is not present at the checkout page when trying to place the order.
I already did the following:
- Cleared cache from my cache plugin, from WooCommerce tools and from Cloudflare
- Manually ran the cron job for WooCommerce GeoIP
- Checked multiple times my settings in WooCommerce payment gateways and WOOCS, everything looks fine
- Changed from PHP Session to Transient
- Checked the site using private mode with Chrome and Firefox to discard browser cache issues
It seems to me that the issue is related to GeoIP settings, but I can't figure out how to solve it.
Update: I disabled GeoIP to test and I was able to use the gateway, so the issue is definitely there.

You are using a custom payment system for the BTC. This is strange. It is not working for me and I've tried using TunnelBear to test it with several countries but I never see the Bitcoin payment option.
I added ALL the countries in the BTC GeoIP, so it should be working no matter the country, right?
I get the price in Bitcoin in every store page, except the checkout.

I added ALL the countries in the BTC GeoIP, so it should be working no matter the country, right? - No! The plugin will find the first match in the rules and enable the currency. In this case, remove these countries from other currencies.
