Wont auto switch to USD but works for other currencies

I have installed the plugin and added the following currencies GDP = default, EUR, USD and AUD
I am using the Privado Free VPN to test visiting from different countries as well as https://geopeeker.com/
When I visit from any EU countries currency is switched to EUR which is great. When I visit from the UK currency switches to GBP and from Australia switches to AUD.
However, all visits from the USA don't switch the currency and this remains as GBP (both using VPN from different US cities and also geopeeker.com)
I have the shortcode"[woocs_geo_hello]" added to the bottom of my homepage (above the footer) and this displays"United States" when visiting from USA VPNs but the currency doesn't switch to USD.

Here is my setup
I have Siteground with dynamic cache and their CDN too.
In Woocommerce settings I have"Default customer location" set to"Geolocate with page caching support"
In Fox Settings I have"Currency Storage" ="Memcached" and have"I am using a cache plugin on my site" set to"on"
Under GeoIP Settings I have"USD" set to"United States"
If you could help me solve this that would be great

So this has improved things but still doesnt work every time
If I VPN to Washington for example I get USD, If I then VPN to LA I get GBP
It doesnt seem to work every time
Is there something else going on here?

From the video you can see my issue
The test page shows the correct location all the time, but the currency doesn't always switch
In the video when you go to California, the location is printed as the USA, but the currency stays as GBP (when it should be USD) - in the switcher on the top right
However, when you go to Virginia it correctly switches to USD
California is also an issue for me when I use a VPN for testing (Privado Free VPN)
but the currency stays as GBP (when it should be USD) - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230519125745.png - currency switched correctly. Yes, perhaps because of the cache, the currency in the switcher may be displayed differently - but this is because there are no products on the page and to save resources, the plugin does not make an ajax request for redrawing
I have tested a project page (have put link in private area) on https://geopeeker.com/ as well as VPN
From California, on geopeeker the currency switcher top right stays as GBP but the price of the product does indeed change to USD
In Virginia currency switcher top right changes to USD as well as prices
On VPN - California, currency switcher top right goes to Euros and Price changes to Euros. All other USA locations on VPN are USD on switcher and price
It seems like there is something strange going on with California locations specifically?

I don't think location can affect it. I think the problem is caching. Try clearing all cache and trying California again
