Hello,

 

Due to having a number of problem with caching plugins, I am no longer using any caching plugin for the site. But I am using Redis object caching and have enabled OPCache.

With these settings enabled, can you please confirm, should I enable"I am using cache plugin on my site" option in the options tab?

To add compatibility with redis? I have not added maxmind keys as the plugin was working correctly without it until now.

I have not added maxmind keys as the plugin was working correctly without it until now.  - In this case, you better write to woocommrce support. Because determining the user's location is a woocommrce functionality, our plugin uses the wooommerce function to get this data. In any case, I recommend using maxmind because it ensures that you have the latest version of the IP address database.
