Hello, my basic shop currency is Eur0, and the additional currency is Russian Ruble. I want only the ruble currency to be shown. I set Euro - private and Ruble - Public. Also i set Welcome Currency to Ruble. And i enable Multiple allow. But it is not working. I go to the site incognito - and the currency is still in euros. Please help to fix my problem. I just bought your plugin

I go to the site incognito - and the currency is still in euros - Плагин запоминает валюту по IP. Если Вы будете заходить в режиме инкогнито, другом браузере, другом устройстве но с одной сети - IP будет одинаковый. И в итоге плагин покажет Вашу последнюю валюту.
То есть получается - сейчас на сайте рубль? А как сбросить данные плагине об IP адресах? А то сайтом пользуеются постоянные клиенты, и у многих он получается уже запомнил IP, можно как то сбросить это? Мы просто вообще не хотим давать возможность переключать валюту, хотим чтоб все было в рублях
