We are running a multi-vendor website using 8 currencies in 33 country for with Electro E-commerce theme, recently we have faced several problems with the plugin:
1-the currency sign in cart is always $, even if the website and product is in another currency or we opened with VPN for another country that doesn’t use Dollar… sometimes it change when we open the cart page and most of the time stayed with $ which will confuse customers, and also is not correct and make us lose money if the customer pay with $ too.

2- The auto currency change which supposed to work with product custom GeoIP rules doesn’t work, and always stayed with the fixed price.

as a solution, we have tried to remove the fixed price to let the GeoIP working, but even this solution doesn’t change anything and delete the price in general.

3- the sale price is always fulfilled in the groups of the GeoIP, even if we don’t put any sale price in the fixed price or in GeoIP. But when we remove it, once we save or publish the product it return again with the same value of the group price which not correct and miss leading customers.

the 1st problem was always there since we bought the plugin but we said it wasn’t a big deal in comparing with the good job that you did with the plugin, but with 2nd and 3th weren’t there before when we tested the plugin in the beginning.

Thank your fast reply, appreciated, now it works very well, good job.
But we have noticed that the currency now doesn't change automatically according to the customer location ... it always in dollar and I have to change it manually, I have tested it with 2 countries USA and UK using VPN and it doesn't work (by the way I'm in Germany)...
kindly check it again or try a vpn from your browser.

I have read it, then:
1- Created mixmind account and activated the license key, but it did something very strange that it shows the value of the group but with the currency of my location"Euro", we tried with VPN in UK and USA and it gives us the value of both groups but the currency sign still the same"euro".
2- we also tried adding the snippet with this code:

but also nothing change

according to the location of the customer the price value of the group and the currency sign must change to comply with the price value that we have added to the group not only the currency sign or only the price value ... both must be changed

Another test if another customer from UK open the same product, will see the price of UK Geo IP but with € sign (€ 45) by the way the price itself now return back to be wrong because we have entered price for UK customers was $ 50 (check the photo No.3 for rate price)

We use the VPN for testing by making a login of a customer from USA... and when we login as an American customer... the price according to the inputs supposed be 150$..right?!! but the situation now is the price appears 150 but € sign!!!!!!

In this photo we are using already the US IP not European IP

Currency switching based on location only happens on the first visit ... this may be correct and we tasted it by closing the website tabs and generate the VPN for US IP and guess what!!! the product still shows the US price but with the € not $

Do you mean by using MaxMind or what do you mean? and how could we fix this problem? because we have tested it in many countries for example:
Egypt: Geo Price & currency Sign working well
USA: Geo Price & currency Sign working well
Europe and UK: Geo Price is ok but still the same problem of the currency sign
