Hello

  1. How to edit variations in BEAR: There is no separate"variations tab" — here is the correct workflow: in the BEAR product table, use the Filters to filter products by type and select Variable. Then click the"Switch to Variations" button in the toolbar. This will load all variations and you can bulk edit them.
  2. Bulk variation image — a quick question: Could you clarify what exactly you need to update? Do you want to change the variation image (the image shown when a specific variation is selected on the product page), or the product thumbnail (main product image)? And is the goal to set the same image for all variations that have a specific attribute value (e.g. all variations where Color = Blue)?

Once we know the exact goal we can give you the precise steps.

Place please actual purchase code of the plugin into the private area of this ticket:

Hello Dimitrios

Just looked the video, buttons there doesn work because on your site wp-admin part javascript error, open dev console in browser chrome (F12) and see errors. Also you can share wp-admin access to the site in the private area of this ticket WITH purchase actual code and I can find script which breaks the BEAR functionality

Hello

There are two issues on your site.

First, the JavaScript error: jQuery(...).wpColorPicker is not a function. This means the WordPress core script wp-color-picker is not loading on your admin pages. This is caused by a conflict with another plugin or your active theme that dequeues or breaks this script. To identify it, please temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) and disable other plugins one by one, then reload the BEAR page and check if the error disappears in the browser console (F12).

Second, there is a PHP fatal error in the FProfiles extension at panel.php line 34. Could you please let us know which version of BEAR you are currently using? You can find it in Plugins list in your WordPress admin. Also please share which PHP version your server is running (you can find it in BEAR status tab or in your hosting control panel).

If the JavaScript conflict is hard to find, you can share wp-admin access in the private area of this ticket along with your purchase code and we will investigate directly.
