Using WOOCS, Will PayPal deduct the right amount from my customers based on different countries with different prices?

Hi, I have a question regarding WOOCS and amount deduction through PayPal,

I have customized this currency switcher to show the different prices of the same product if viewed from other countries. for example, the same product has a price of $100 if it's viewed from the USA, but if it's viewed in India it will show the price of just Rs5000 (which is actually 70$) because I want to sell cheaper in my country. So my question is, will PayPal deduct the 100$ if customers buy from the USA? or PayPal will get confused about which amount to deduct from customers? waiting for a reply, Thanks.
