Dear Concern,

I have configured the currency switcher. it works in USD and AUD properly but not work in base currency (BDT) where I am selecting as SSLCommerz (local payment getaway) or cash on delivery. Its showing below message

"There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your order history before placing the order again."

But it seems that this payment system does not support this currency.

Hi,

Requested information provided. This payment system/getaway (https://sslcommerz.com) very popular in Bangladesh. Most of the financial instruction connected with this payment system. and what about cash on delivery option? cash on delivery also showing same error.

I deactivated this third-party plugin - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240624110618.png - This causes fatal errors - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240624110714.png

Now everything works correctly

Thank for your findings. But This Third party plugin is required for our SMS getaway. You are requested to fix the issue from your end.
