URL created by the product filter, is not remembered and doesn't work for users

My filter is working properly on product page, based on product tags.
Once the user filters the product list, additional text is added to the URL. When copying and pasting it to ex. another browser or another device, e-shop:
1. is not opening filters
2. is not showing product list at all

The problem is, I can't publish the filtered product list, as the URL doesn't work.
Could you help me with that and show me where the problem is?

The filter uses a shop template to display the result.
It looks like this template is not configured on your site. Please create the shop page (standard woo functionality) and do a test

In the meantime, what"configuration" do you mean exactly? What should be changed on my Divi child theme, to allow filter plugin remember the URL?
