Hi, I followed your guide on how to update the plugin automatically using envato market plugin. However after installing the envato plugin and trying to update from there, I get the following error appear:

Downloading the Envato Market install package…

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. 

Plugin installation failed.

 

Plugin already installed is v.2.3.9.4 and it shows v.2.4.0 in the envato plugin update section. Any idea why this is occuring?

In this case, write to support of   envato market plugin

OR

Delete  the  old version and  install  the  free  version

Sorry im confused why do I need to paste the licence key? I've raised several support requests before and you already have my licence key from those requests. Moreover, contacting envato is not an option, I'd prefer you tell me what is the best way to update the plugin to the most recent version? Shall I just download the file from envato and upload to the site and it will override current version to new version and keep all the settings?

I'd prefer you tell me what is the best way to update the plugin to the most recent version? - the best solution is to use  envato market plugin OR - https://c2n.me/4hP3VP0.png - All settings  will be  saved
