This plugin was working properly until recently.  Now the functionality is still there, but when we try to go to the settings page, it hangs, so we are unable to change any settings.  I have tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling but the same thing happens.  I have two questions:

  1. When I uninstall the plugin in WordPress, does it leave configuration entries in the database?  If so, how can I delete those using phpMyAdmin?  I'm hoping that a completely fresh install will solve my issue.
  2. If this approach in #1 doesn't work, where in the database can I change the default currency?

1  Yes . Try  to  use -  https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/delete_option/  - The  settings keys -  'woocs', 'woocs_geo_rules','woocs_welcome_currency','woocs_customer_signs','woocs_currencies_aggregator','woocs_customer_price_format','woocs_is_multiple_allowed'
