Unable to use all Stripe payment methods due to currencies

I'm using FOX Currency Switcher Professional in my WooCommerce store, where I sell to several countries with different currencies.
Currently, my store has the US dollar as the default currency, as most of the countries I sell to use that currency.
I want to start selling in the Netherlands, and to do so, I need to enable the iDEAL payment method, which is widely used in that country. However, I'm unable to activate this payment method because I get the error message"iDEAL requires store currency to be set to EUR." (https://postimg.cc/phSZPzP5)
In other words, according to this message, I can only use iDEAL if I change my store's default currency to EURO. However, this isn't feasible for me, since I need to keep the US dollar as the default currency to serve other countries that already buy from me.
Shouldn't FOX Currency Switcher Professional set the store to multi-currency, allowing plugins like Stripe to identify all the currencies enabled in the store?
Can someone help me solve this problem, please?

It depends more on this third party payment plugin. It looks like it doesn't support multicurrency.
