Thanks for a good plugin. We have experienced problems last months with Google Merchant Center banning almost all our norwegian products. E.g. https://www.hojstyling.no/mc-deler/bakspeil-for-styreenden/motogadget-m-view-blade-glasslost-mc-bakspeil/. This product has the correct price on the website 1594 kr. But Google is complaining that the price 1449 is the price that Google finds on the website (same price as we have on our Swedish market).

When looking at the"Rich results test" I realized that two prices is shown in the product snippet. Both 1594 and 1449 kr, both as"offer". Why is that and how can we get rid of the incorrect price? As of now 800 out of 1400 products has this problem on our Norwegian website.

We tried this today but we still get two different prices under"offers" in the product snippet. Do you have another solution? We have the same problem on our Swedish website and we are seeing a big decrease in sales as more and more products are getting disapproved and our Google Shopping sales is decreasing every day.

try to scan this product without third party plugin

Hi,

Today when we completed Norwegian orders we had big problems with new very high and incorrect order values. Orders with a value of e.g. 3017 kr got a value of 24 136 kr (really messes up or accounting and customer emails). Could you please tell us what you changed yesterday asap, since it seems to have caused this. We cannot complete any other orders until this is fixed.

I did not change anything, for the test I disabled the caching and feed generation plugin

Your problem seems to be a double conversion which may be caused by an incompatibility with a third party plugin. Do you use third-party pricing plugins (discounts, options, subscriptions, etc.)?
