Hello,
I am experiencing an issue when trying to use HUSKY (WOOF) in AJAX mode on a website built with the Avada theme, specifically regarding the product layout rendering.
We contacted Avada's support team because the filtered layout was shifting and breaking, and their technical representative (Muhammad Hassan) replied with the following analysis after testing:
".. if you have further query regarding the layout, you can reach to the plugin's support as the layout is rendered by the plugin's shortcode."
The initial page load properly displays our custom Avada Postcards structure.

However, as soon as an AJAX filter is applied, (test page for admin access* :

the layout breaks or reverts because it is re-rendered entirely by the HUSKY shortcode, losing Avada's dynamic postcard design system template wrapper.
Could you please guide us on how to maintain the Avada Postcard layout structure when HUSKY updates the product loop via AJAX?
Is there a specific snippet, callback function, or JS hook we can use to force Avada to re-initialize its postcard layout once HUSKY has finished refreshing the container?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Michael

PS : How to sent the Husky license and admin access links to the preview page in private?

Hello Michael

Thank you for the detailed description.

First, let me look at the problem on your site. Please send the exact link to the page where the AJAX filtering can be used and where the broken layout is visible.

If you use the premium version, please also add your license key or purchase code.

Please put the links and the license data only in the private section of this ticket, not in a public reply. This is how to do it:

Then write a short message here that it is done.

Hello Michael

Thank you for your patience. I have looked into this in detail.

In short, the broken layout in AJAX mode comes from the way your shop archive is built. Your product grid is rendered by Avada's Theme Builder (the Post Cards element), while HUSKY in AJAX mode returns the standard WooCommerce product markup. The two are different, so after filtering the cards no longer match the Avada design. A JavaScript hook alone cannot fix this, because the AJAX response does not contain Avada's own markup to re-render.

In redirect mode this does not happen, because the page reloads and Avada rebuilds the grid itself. That mode works correctly on your site right now.

There is one more thing we can try. I would like to look deeper on a local copy of your site. If you can create a Duplicator package, please send me the database and the site ZIP. You do not need to include the media files from wp-content/uploads, especially the old ones, so the archive stays small. If possible, keep only the images for the page or category where the problem can be tested, so I can reproduce the filtering there.

Please put the Duplicator installer and archive, or a download link, in the private section of this ticket.

I cannot promise in advance that a clean solution exists, but I will try to find a way.

Please also note that the support period of your license has expired, and support can no longer be renewed on CodeCanyon. If you open the HUSKY settings in your WordPress admin, you will find a special offer for customers moving from CodeCanyon to our own store. You can also see the licenses here:

OK, thanks Alex.

Give me a moment to prepare a stripped-down archive, excluding client data and images.
I’ve noted the message regarding the new system; I’ll be happy to renew my license and support, provided it helps get Ajax working with the Avada design.
I’ll let you know as soon as the Duplicator archive is ready.

Thanks for your support,

Michael.

Hello Michael

Thank you for the update. Take your time with the archive, a stripped-down copy without client data and images is exactly what I need.

When it is ready, please put the download link in the private section of this ticket and write a short message here, so I get a notification.

Best regards,
Alex
