Hello

How can I get the months in French in WOOT pro? I have translated everything in loco translate but I cannot get the months in French.

Thank you for your answer. Greetings.

Domi

Date issue

Hello Domi

Paste your license key here - https://c2n.me/43SC6rb.png -> https://c2n.me/42HBIt7.png\

All lines are prepared for translation and this should work in loco translate

Anyway  you can  translate  it - https://products-tables.com/document/vocabulary/

OR use  a  hook - https://products-tables.com/hook/woot_get_calendar_names/

Hello Pablo,

I have also entered the months in the vocabulary section and the translation is not done.

At the moment, my site is not online, so it's not easy to give you an access. I'm going to test if I don't have one of my 4 plugins that would be incompatible with WOOT.

Greetings.

Domi

Hello,

I've tried everything :

  1. Modification in the vocabulary section,
  2. Modification in locotranslate
  3. I looked in the database
  4. The wordpress settings are correct for the date formatting
  5. I deactivated the plugins one by one

And the date is not displayed in French.

I don't know how to use the hooks. I am not a developer.

Thank you very much for your help but I will look for another plugin.

Greetings.

Domi

Hello Domi

This is very strange.

I don't know how to use the hooks. - In your case, you need to insert this code into functions.php  and just write months in French - https://c2n.me/4bB3GOW.png

Welcome;)

Hello Pablo,

I put the code you gave me in the functions.php file of my child theme and even if I modify the months in French, they are still displayed in English in the table....

Greetings. Domi

Hello Domi

Ok!  I passed it to the developers

Hello Pablo,

Okay, thanks. For your information, I can translate other parts of the plugin with LocoTranslate without any problem, but as far as the dates are concerned, I can't do it. Even putting the hook in the functions.php file in the OceanWP child theme.

Greetings.

Hello Domi

I understood you.

I write to you as soon as we get the solution

Hello Pablo,

Thanks, it was just to give you as much useful information as possible. Thanks again for your help.

Greetings. Domi

Hello Domi

Thank  you  for  cooperation

Hello

Please  try  in file - \wp-content\plugins\woot-products-tables\profiles\woocommerce\woocommerce.php

change  this  code- https://c2n.me/4bF9Eba.png

setlocale(LC_TIME, get_locale());
return strftime('%V %B %Y', strtotime($post->post_date));

and  do  a test

Hello Pablo,

It works well ! I have the months in french ! Thank you for your help as well as the developer! :)

unfortunately, the number of the day is not correct: the 19th of November (date of the post) is displayed on the 47th of November in the table! the 22nd of May (date of the post) is displayed on the 28th of May in the table.

It's really nice to take care of the users! Thanks for your seriousness!

Greetings.

Domi

I found it, replace it with :

return strftime('%V %B %Y', strtotime($post->post_date));

by

return strftime('%d %B %Y', strtotime($post->post_date));

grettings.

Domi

Hello

oK! Great!

Hello Pablo,

Just one last question: won't this modification be lost in the next update of the plugin?

Greetings. Domi

We will fix this in the next version.
