Sure, you can share wp-admin and ftp access in the secret area https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230807131625.png (write here something after you did it to up the ticket), but install firstly plugin 'Error Log Monitor' https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/error-log-monitor/ to see what is wrong
Also php version should not be lower than 7.4 version
If you use premium version provide please purchase code with active support enabled
