Hello,

I hope you are fine today.

I have a question concerning two things on my Shop list products page : http://pickandshine.com/boutique/

The first is about the categories toggles of the filters.

The first level of categories are closed as I want it to be. That is fine. But when clicking on one, all the sub categories are opened.

O do not know what changed (maybe I changed a setting) because I remember it was working fine before.

The second thing is about the reload of the page when filtering. What happens is that the user gets back at the top of the page and needs to scroll down every time he uses the filter.

Is there a way to avoid that or at least to get the user back to the products level after filtering ?

I saw a"Try to Ajax the shop" option. Is it an option to do what I want ?

Thanks a lot,

Hello Cyril

https://c2n.me/44gtr2E.png - if you select at least one subcategory this section will be open (it always worked like that)

I saw a"Try to Ajax the shop" option. Is it an option to do what I want ? - Yes. because the page will not reload. Read  this please - https://products-filter.com/auto-scroll-to-element-after-ajax-is-done/

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.
I'll be a bit more specific as I was not clear enough.

What I wanted to say is the following.

When the user clicks on one subcategory and the system has done the filtering, all the subcategories are getting opened.

Try the following, You will surely better understand what I mean.

URL : https://pickandshine.com/boutique

Filter like this :
Par Gamme et par type > Visage > Sérums

What happens in the filters is that"Nettoyants et démaquillants" is getting opened as well.

Is there a way to make the non checked subcategories to stay closed ?

Thank you very much,

Hello Cyril

I see it! this is incorrect behavior

Please  try in  file - wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-products-filter\js\front.js add  code  - https://c2n.me/44iZSeK.png

return false;

If  no luck - drop me  wp-admin+FTP - https://c2n.me/42BAoj4.png
