You need to log-in to create request (topic) to the support

There has been a critical error on your website. (After activating the Plugin)

This support system is for all types of the plugins as for premium versions, so for free ones! If you have premium version do not forget in the private data of the request (!!not in the text of the support request!!) after its publishing insert purchase code please (see green button on the right side) and press Save button.
If you not got email within 24 business hours, firstly check your spam box, and if no any email from the support there - back to the forum and read answer here. DO NOT ANSWER ON EMAILS [noreply@pluginus.net] FROM THE FORUM!! Emails are just for your info, all answers should be published only here.
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday.

Can you please look in to the issue?

Please  add a FTP access

Updated the CPANEL access...

The domain folder can be found here (can be access via Fila Manager)

Note: You don't have to go inside public_html to access the domain folder (homevew). It is present in root of home/busine6 directory

Yes!  I do not see my plugin wp-content folder.

Now I can’t access the с-panel - ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Please check CPANEL file manager again.

I can access it and can easily find WP-Content folder inside homevew.com folder.

Sorry two of my concerns got mixed up.

The site I am concerned about it is hosted on another server.

I have shared the FTP access of that site along with Wordpress login in private data.
