Hi, I am testing your woof plugin before purchase.  In particular using the Ajax mode which is working very well and fast.

My issue is that when using product filters on mobile view, from the off canvas menu bar which pops out, one is not navigated back to the shop page after filtering is complete. I am using the Re-Hub theme.  If I switch"use ajax off", then the menu and page refresh as normal.  Do I have to sacrifice speed for this annoyance? or is there something that can be done?

Hello

Please  drop  me  exact  link to the issue

If you navigate to the shop page on my site https://www.mytanklife.com/shop/ you will note that I have implemented the WOOF product filter for testing.  When you move the page to mobile view https://www.dropbox.com/s/f26v23pwo4xslay/Screenshot%202021-08-18%20at%2013.29.28.png?dl=0 the shop page widget area on left is represented by a button which if you click an off canvas menu appear from the left https://www.dropbox.com/s/gxslhi8dgp249xb/Screenshot%202021-08-18%20at%2013.35.54.png?dl=0

If one click on filters, the ajax refresh occur behind the panel and then the user needs to click on page to close panel to view products.  The problem with this is that it is not always apparent if the operation has completed. If ajax function is switched off, then the normal operation is that once a user has clicked on an item to filter, the whole page refresh and the slide out panel disappears automatically.  The shop page is left ready for user to view filtered products.

My question: Is there a way when using ajax mode, that once products have refreshed behind panel, that the panel slide out of view ready for user to access products post filter?

hello

Please  paste your license key here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130558.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130614.png

Thank you.  I have not bought your pro version yet so don't have a license yet.  To what extent are your free versions supported with questions ?  Apologies, I don't want to cross the line of your support policy.   https://www.dropbox.com/s/112bdmrj7ll3925/Screenshot%202021-08-19%20at%2012.30.41.png?dl=0

you are using the paid version of the plugin. We do not support products downloaded from third-party resources

Hi, can you check if you received my license code?  I saved in private areas

Hello

Yes, I see that you bought the plugin yesterday

You should ask the  theme authors for a JS function to hide the sidebar

paste  this  JS function  here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210820122641.png

Thank you, I have asked them

Strange, their response was"You can’t use Ajax and sidebar in the same time. Sidebar will not be closed
on Ajax reload so it has no sense"?"You can disable Ajax in options of plugin"

Whoops..anything that can be done?  Or does one have to accept that the ajax reload will always happen behind the sidebar when it is displayed?

Hello

A very strange answer!

Ok! just don't use their functionality.

On widget  settings  check  option - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210820132318.png

My test  - https://c2n.me/4d4vDiR

Thanks, unfortunately the sidebar then hides widget and there is no alternative filter button which appears?

Hello

Please add code  to  functions.php

add_filter('woof_mobile_btn_place_container', function($class){

return '.woocommerce-breadcrumb';

});

and  fix  this  errors - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210823113926.png

Hi, I pasted your code fix in code snippets tool and activated.  https://www.dropbox.com/s/g2dhrfb6a4izz7n/Screenshot%202021-08-24%20at%2012.10.45.png?dl=0

Applied this setting as well https://www.dropbox.com/s/pvvae9sjw52u2vq/Screenshot%202021-08-24%20at%2012.11.59.png?dl=0

And still no button appear?  https://www.dropbox.com/s/kcf9tid9vaisehc/Screenshot%202021-08-24%20at%2012.14.14.png?dl=0

Is there any way we can find the re-hub hide sidebar JS script by using inspection? I dont know what to look for, so we can action the close after ajax draw products run?

Hello

Please  drop  me wp-admin + FTP access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130558.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130637.png - I will check  it

Thanks, temp login pasted in private area

Hello

Please  do a  test

Thank you, I saw the alternative filter for mobile now appeared and was working well. However with elementor plugin deactivated the home page formatting was broken and without using autoptimize plugin those benefits are lost.  I have switched elementor and autoptimize back on.

I think I will live with the current situation where bar does not scroll back after refresh in mobile.  I will try again with the theme author to see if they can send us the hide off canvas script.  if we get that we will turn great into perfect ;)

If you would like to do further investigation I propose I send you the link to my staging site so we do not risk experiments on the live on.  Thank you again for looking into it.

Hello

The problem is that the elementor is causing the JS error - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210826124421.png

 I will try again with the theme author  - It shouldn't be difficult, in fact it is one line of code

Welcome;)

Thank you Pablo

An extract of what I sent to theme author again - "can you please share the Js script used to hide the mobile sidebar"

Theme author sent the following" there is no such script, here is code to hide mobile sidebar button #mobile-trigger-sidebar{display:none !important}, you can place this in theme options - general options - custom css"

Curious, perhaps the way the theme has been designed that it hides using a different way than a javascript code line?

I do not know enough about the programming of a theme so it is difficult for me to challenge their response.   This is video I made clearly shows that if you click on the product page the bar hides, so there must be a script which action to hide when one clicks? https://www.loom.com/share/b353d9a7750d4b9bb473b40d627d2cf3
