The Subtotal price on product page didn't change the amount when having additional add-on option

The website dollar base is Hong Kong dollar, I set the product price is HKD$ 180.
When I add the additional add-on function, the subtotal price appears.
I click the currency button on the"Shop" page and change the payment dollar into a Chinese RMB, but the subtotal price hasn't changed.
