We had a user who checkout twice on our website, and the first currency that was showed was a USD (default currency) instead of a GBP, and then her second transaction became GBP which is correct. As per checking her transaction this was done around 20-40 min interval, and her IP was was different from the first and second transaction.
I suspect, that Cloudflare could be the culprit for this currency issue since as we check the IP address location, we notice that these are from Cloudflare ISP. We are currently using Cloudflare as our default ISP while our server is using Plesk.
Hopefully, this issue could be resolved.
Screen shots attached below.

2. Same user but different IP per transaction

Unfortunately this does not depend on my plugin. If your server cannot detect user IP I cannot change this.
We use the woocommerce functionality to determine the user's location. Woocommerce uses IP to determine user location. In this case, you should contact the host support

Thanks for the response but as for the transactions, As per the server, the server is detecting the User's IP address, but the currency plugin is giving two different types of currency for one customer in 9 min interval? We are using Vultr as our server and Plesk our site manager, Most of our transactions are in the correct currency, but some transactions just get the wrong currency.

Because the plugin stores the user's current currency by their IP
if the user had the last currency as USD and made the first transaction
for the new IP, the plugin did not find the last currency of this user in memory and in this case GeoIP rules work
You can try this option - https://c2n.me/4aUvEwf.png - then the last currency will be stored in the session
And check it - https://c2n.me/4aUvMi7.png
