Hello, the currency aggregator is set to http://www.finance.yahoo.com

One day has passed, and the exchange rate has been manually updated many times, but it has not changed.

What is the issue?

I'm not sure I understood you correctly.  The problem is that yahoo rarely updates your currency data?

Yes, I have set up automatic updates and manual updates, but the exchange rate has always been the rate shown in the morning. However, a day has passed, so the exchange rate should have changed.

Unfortunately, we cannot influence how often the aggregator updates and changes rates.  But I can check if our plugin makes a request to the aggregator.  Please  add  wp-admin  access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png -  I will check it

Yes you are right, it looks like there were problems in the envato API, your license is fine.

as i wrote in the previous message can you give me access to check the auto update of the rate
