Hello!

Something very strange is happening. I have a store at https://puntopartes.com/. The store is in USD, but purchases are finalized in Argentine pesos. It's happened to me twice in the last month that purchases are made in USD instead of Argentine pesos. I can't find the reason; they're random purchases.

I'm attaching a screenshot of the purchases and a screenshot of a customer who saw the cart in USD when they should have seen the cart in Argentine pesos.

Hello

Please drop me screenshots of Fox settings

Sorry for the delay.

We received another purchase today in USD (the currency was not converted to pesos).

Hello

Ok! It works according to your settings. With your settings, the user can make payments in any currency

Please watch these videos - https://currency-switcher.com/video#NBEdOjuKDtk  and https://currency-switcher.com/video#RbECsczDnQs

read  this - https://currency-switcher.com/force-currency-on-checkout-page

The problem is that if I select"Multi-currency" as NO, I can only pay in USD, and if I select"YES," it lets me pay in Argentinian pesos. How can I select"NO" but allow payment ONLY in Argentinian pesos?

Hello

That's why I gave you the solution in the previous message -  https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250430103900.png  - in your case change the currency code to ARS in the code

Oh, sorry, I missed the second link!
Okay, I've added the code!

https://prnt.sc/rMUO5aFKWKYT

Thanks!

Hello

Yes this code will not allow users to change currency on the checkout page

Hello again!

I have the code active: https://prnt.sc/_UxK8NFFrQYI

I STILL received another purchase in USD currency: https://prnt.sc/wMM0xDAt-P7S

There's also an activated code that"forces" the store to display prices in USD. The store has been displaying prices in Argentine pesos, and ONLY the checkout should be displayed in Argentine pesos. The rest of the store should be displayed in USD. Could this interfere? Here's a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/hOJ5hcIfahpA (it only forces the shop, profuct, and category)

Hello

Please drop me exact link to your site

https://puntopartes.com/

Hello

The problem is in the second code (switching to USD)

For example, the user goes to the checkout page, and the plugin will correctly change the currency to ARS.

But if the user has several pages open, then by going to another page (without closing the checkout) the currency will switch to USD

Hello!

Thanks for the reply.

I've already deactivated the code. Could you run one more test to make sure the currency doesn't change? (Since I'm in Argentina, it always appears in Argentine pesos.)

Hello

Now I can't repeat this behavior.  Everything seems to be working correctly.

Thanks!

Welcome;)
