The currency changes automatically, when I change the item number and then only two currency shows.

when i clicked on 'acuvue moist' 30 pack. I can see the currency in SGD. But then when i click on 90 pack icon. Suddenly it goes back to USD, and when i try to click the dropdown on the currencies - only USD and HKD are the only options that appear.
i just used indian VPN. Tried ordering 2 boxes of 'acuvue moist' - it's showing up as 231,528 indian rupees. when it should be only 3000 indian rupees for 2 boxes. The prices in the cart are appearing wrong with this new currency thing.
