please do a test

Yes now it wokrs on the clone, but not on the live site.

So what did you change, since the update does not solve it.

Hello

Test  on  my  site( without my changes just latest version ) - https://c2n.me/4eO870H.mp4  - It looks like this issue is specific to your case.

in  file - \wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-bulk-editor\classes\models\products.php - delete  this  code - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220203113924.png

Is that what you changed on my clone site?
So the update does not solve it? And a new update will overwrite the manual change again.
Strange is that every character is ok on the beginning except for"
If i type !yes" or yes" or @?yes" it is saved but when i start with" it is not

Hello

Is that what you changed on my clone site? - Yes

So the update does not solve it?  - unfortunately not in your case.

And a new update will overwrite the manual change again. - for now, yes, but our developer will still investigate this issue on our website.

Ok thanks.

So you have no idea why this happens on my site and not on yours?

Unfortunately, I can't give a specific reason, but it could be due to encoding settings or because you're using an older version of php

Try  to  use php 8.x.x

When i choose yes for uninstalling and removing files and data for BEAR, when i reinstall, all settings and changes you made are still there? How is that possible if it deletes the files and data?

  • BEAR – Bulk Editor and Products Manager Professional for WooCommerce by realmag777 (will also delete its data)

Are you sure you want to delete these files and data?

Hello

I'm not sure I understand your question

All settings are stored in the database. If you deleted files, this does not affect the database, and all settings will be saved

uninstalling your plugin including the files and data, does not remove the settings of the plugin and changes in the file you made. Because after reinstalling the plugin again the settings are still there?

I really don't understand your question.

If you delete the plugin all files (including my changes will be deleted). The setting(options) data will remain
