I would like to implement a map with link to a table that collects data about sport clubs. Is there any option within this plug-in?

unfortunately the plugin does not have such a feature.
In this case, you need code customization. There are several ways to solve.
1) You will need to change the query to the database, something like a filter. Please read this - https://posts-table.com/hook/tableon_wp_query_args/ and https://posts-table.com/hook/tableon_filter_provider_/
2) this method is less optimal but easier to implement. create several tables with different"Predefinition" Next, hide and show the tables depending on the selection on the map
