Sudden problems with conversion.

Hello. I have been using the paid version of your plugin for a couple of years. It is wonderful. But suddenly the currency stopped converting. I did not make any changes to the plugin settings. Clients wrote that when changing the currency, all prices are reset to zero.
In the settings opposite each currency it is written that there is no data for it. Changing the aggregator does not help. For now, I have set the currency manually. But I would like to understand the problem. Is there anything else I can do myself or do you need access to the admin panel to figure it out?
