Afre update reset all kind of cache, https://pluginus.net/how-to-reset-page-cache-in-the-browser/

In no luck, do next: in chrome console see if there any js errors

I have an idea that on the site it is another scripts which failed aftyer update, try next:
* create duplicate https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
* create test subdomain
* install duplicate on test subdomain
* deactivate all exept WOOBE + WOO (even wp theme)
* one by one activate plugins

p.s. in browser chrome press F12 to see js errors in console after each plugin activation as js+php errors from another plugin can prevent functionality stop to another plugins
